we also have a black iPhone 3GS 16gb, the only problem with it is the auxiliary  volume button and sleep/wake button flex ribbon cable must be changed because it is all one piece and the sleep/wake button no longer works and i can sell it fixed for an extra 39.99$ or 29.99$ for just the part.
